As stewards of the Stevens Estate, Fireside Catering is committed to conserve and improve the property. We have begun this year with renovations of the mansion’s addition, to create a stylish and sophisticated conservatory that will reflect the magnificence of this historic property. Complete with several French doors and a wrap around porch, the conservatory will be the perfect setting for all types of events throughout the entire year.
Additional updates to include improved gardens & walkways, as well as freshened interior designs for our spacious bridal suites.
Check back in the coming weeks to see our progress. Construction is expected to be complete by mid-spring.

As stewards of the Stevens Estate, we are committed to conserve and improve this property. Beginning in December renovations will begin on the mansion’s addition, originally constructed in the 1980’s, to create a stylish and sophisticated ballroom that will reflect magnificence of this historic property.
